Quote and bind personal lines (auto, home, tenant) and commercial lines across 25+ insurer markets. Work fully remote, set your own hours, and earn on every policy you write and renew.
Requirements
- Active RIBO Level 1 or Level 2 license
- Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace
- Strong written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Open Position: Bilingual Office Assistant (Whitby)
Support broker operations from our Whitby, Ontario office. Handle client intake, document processing, policy administration, and front-desk service. Fluency in English plus one of Turkish, Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish, or Russian is required. Insurance experience is helpful but not required, and RIBO licensing can be sponsored for the right candidate.

- Bilingual: English plus one of Turkish, Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish, Russian
- Able to commute to Whitby, Ontario
- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with computer systems

The broker position is 100% commission-only. We pay an industry-leading split on every new policy you bind and on every renewal, so your income compounds as your book grows.
Do I need a RIBO license to apply?
Yes, an active RIBO Level 1 or Level 2 license in good standing is required for the broker role. The bilingual office assistant role does not require a license; RIBO licensing can be sponsored for the right candidate.
Is the broker job remote or in-office?
The broker role is 100% remote. You can work from anywhere in Ontario. The bilingual office assistant role is in-office at our Whitby, Ontario location.
Do you provide leads or do I need to find my own clients?
We supply warm inbound leads daily from our digital marketing engine. You will not be expected to cold call. You are welcome to bring or build your own book in addition to the leads we provide.
Which languages are you actively hiring for?
We are actively hiring bilingual brokers who speak Turkish, Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish, or Russian in addition to English. Other languages are also welcome.
